Seven boutique apartments will be soon housed in the historic Geelong Glass Works factory building, overlooking the central landscaped communal area. Residents will have easy access to this shared garden and meeting space at the heart of the site.

Designed by Chamberlain Architecture, these unique warehouse-style apartments will feature raked ceilings (first floor apartments) with original timber columns and lovingly reconstructed details throughout, recycled timber floors using materials from the site, stone benchtops, an abundance of natural lighting, and a 7 Star NatHERs energy rating. All located within easy walking distance to local conveniences like primary and secondary schools, great cafes, South Geelong Train Station, Geelong Bay and Barwon River.
