Meet your neighbours event

The Bottleworks in South Geelong hosted a "Meet Your Neighbours" event, inviting future residents and local community members to connect over coffee and explore the redevelopment site.

Attendees were given guided ‘last look’ tours of the industrial sheds at 135 Fitzroy Street, including the former Geelong Glass Works factory—a 1920s-era building central to the project's heritage restoration.

The event provided an opportunity for guests to learn about the site's transformation into a boutique collection of 33 townhomes and seven apartments, designed to blend industrial heritage with contemporary living.

The event fostered a sense of community among future neighbours and offered a glimpse into the thoughtful design and history that define The Bottleworks development.
