Glenvill Projects are making significant progress on construction of the townhomes.

The progress to date includes completion of the footings for all homes. Across the site slabs have been poured for nearly all homes and frames have started to go up.

The project team is continuing to engage with builders for the construction of the apartments.  Despite delays in finalising this detail, the team are still working towards appointing a builder in the first quarter of 2023.
