Unique Heritage Apartments Complete

The final stage of The Bottleworks project is now complete, with the 7 boutique apartments delivered within the former Geelong Glass Works factory building.

Created through the careful restoration and adaptation of the historic structure, the homes represent the culmination of several years of planning, design and specialist heritage works.

Working within the original factory shell, the project sought to retain and celebrate significant elements of the building's industrial character while introducing contemporary homes designed for modern living.

The apartment conversion was delivered by local builder Fox Building Group including the careful integration of new building systems and structure within the retained heritage shell.

Original timber trusses, columns and structural elements remain visible throughout the apartments, helping tell the story of the building's former life. Large windows and generous volumes draw natural light into the homes while maintaining a strong connection to the building's heritage fabric.

The completion of the apartments marks the final chapter in the broader transformation of The Bottleworks precinct, which has seen a former industrial site evolve into a new residential neighbourhood within South Geelong.

A limited collection of apartments is now available for sale – view listing HERE.
