Blending industrial heritage and contemporary design
The name ‘The Bottleworks' is borrowed from the industrial past of 135 Fitzroy Street, our site. In the 1920s, The Geelong Glass Works Ltd produced bottles for Geelong and wider Victoria in a purpose built glassworks factory.
Since that time the site has had a colourful history including for wool storage and as a furniture retailer, known locally as ‘The Big Shed’. We love the rich history of our site and surrounds - so much so that it forms the base of ‘The Bottleworks’ design. We can’t wait to show you the plans which cleverly blend industrial heritage with contemporary design.
