Civil works update

All land settlements in Stage 1 of The Bottleworks are now complete. Hygge Property is working closely with Glenvill Projects to satisfy final authority requirements prior to the commencement of construction.

Glenvill Projects are anticipating home construction for Stage 1 will commence in mid 2022. This timing is subject to obtaining final authority approvals. Construction of homes in Stage 2 will commence at the same time.

Construction works on The Bottleworks apartments will commence at a later date following restoration works of the former Glassworks factory building.

The project team are looking forward to construction commencing and seeing homes at The Bottleworks start to take shape! As construction progresses, updates from Glenvill Projects will be provided to all purchasers at The Bottleworks.
